Platform fees are non-refundable. If a customer receives a refund, the merchant bears the platform fee on the original transaction.
Membership subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled by the shopper at any time. Membership benefits apply to all participating stores in the mesh.
Referral and membership revenue is subject to platform fee deduction before the 50/50 split. Payouts are transferred to the referring merchant's connected Stripe account.
