• Direct requests: email msango@convomesh.com with shop domain and request type.

What to include

• Identity details (email, phone, and/or Shopify customer ID) and the relevant shop domain.
• Request type (access, correction, deletion) and scope.

Response timelines

We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and complete requests within applicable legal timelines.
