Billing & Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid AI CRM features billed by Convomesh outside the Shopify Billing API.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to the payment method on file.
- Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period. Taxes may apply based on your location.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless specified.
Trials and cancellations
- Trials (if offered) convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current period.
Refunds
- We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for service outages or defects.
