Billing & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid AI CRM features billed by Convomesh outside the Shopify Billing API.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to the payment method on file.
• Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless specified.

Trials and cancellations

• Trials (if offered) convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current period.

Refunds

• We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for service outages or defects.
